We have got basic tool room facility where we make accurate tool parts like
housings, guiding pillars, ejector pins etc..
For intricate inserts and other parts we get them made externally from tool rooms having
sophisticated CNC machines. As we give them our own tool designs and
bulk orders we get preferential rates and quick deliveries.

By selecting quality tool and by using the latest technology
we are able to produce high precision castings.

Machining facility —
All the castings we make are debarred using different types of grinders like
belt grinder, flexible shaft grinder, sander etc.

If the customer demands we carry out machining
operations like turning, drilling, tapping, etc. and give ready components.

Heat treatment operations, surface finishing, like powder coating and
different types of plating can be got done from reliable external sources.
